The consortium will consist of 4 procuring authorities respectively in Spain, UK, Germany and Italy working together with AQuAS (expert in the definition and execution of PCP in Spain) that will act as project coordinator and procuring entity on behalf of the procuring authorities, with partner Sara Bedin acting as EU expert on innovation procurement and SP Technical Research Institute of Sweden acting as technology expert in the field and contributing with the state of the art, technology surveillance and validation of the technological solution.
